For a returned item: If possible, please return in the original packaging (with a copy of your emailed receipt) within 7 days of the date of agreed action (i.e. to return the item). Please note that due to licensing issues we are only able to replace identical products so if you wish to order additional items it will be treated as a new order. The Audio Therapies guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights. Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital download products, we cannot offer a refund on any MP3 based products. However, if the download has failed and you are unable to retrieve it, or if the MP3 file was corrupt on download, then we would be delighted to arrange an alternative method for download, or discuss an alternative arrangement with you.
